Anis was born in Solo and obtained his Bachelor (Drs.) degree in Accounting Department, Gadjah Mada University in 1982 and Master of Business Administration (MBA) Accounting & Finance, Saint Louis University, USA in 1988. He has more than 38 years of experience in the Indonesian capital market. He joined the Financial Services Authority as Deputy Commissioner of Internal Audit, Risk Management and Quality Control (2013-March 2015), and as Member of the Audit Board (April 2015-July 2017). Anis is currently still active as a member of the National Committee for Government Policy, the Indonesian Institute of Commissioners and Directors (LKDI) and the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI).

Verdi was born in Bukit tinggi and obtained his Bachelor of Mathematics and Natural Sciences majoring in Mathematics, University of Indonesia in 1996. He has more than 27 years of experience in the Indonesian capital market. Verdi started his career at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia in 1996 as a Staff in the Statistical Studies and Publication Unit. Furthermore, Verdi has successively served as Head of Corporate Strategy and Institutional Relations Unit and Head of Statistical Studies and Analysis Unit. Since 2016 until now, Verdi has served as Head of Research Division at PT Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Kadhafi was born in Bandung and obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree majoring in Management, IBII College of Economics, Jakarta, in 1998. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Indonesian capital market by starting his career at the PT Bursa Efek Indonesia in 1998. He has served as Head of Procurement Unit (2006-2014), Head of Gallery Management Unit (2014-2015), Head of Investor and Prospective Issuer Education Unit (2015-2016). His career continued by serving consecutively as Head of Regional Development Division (2018-2019) and Head of General Division of PT Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - June 2023 before being appointed as President Director of PHEI on June 23, 2023.

Djoko was born in Bandung and obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from the Faculty of Economics majoring in Economics and Development Studies, Padjadjaran University, Bandung, in 1999 and Master of Management from Perbanas Institute, Jakarta in 2013. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Indonesian capital market by starting his career at the Jakarta Stock Exchange in 2000 and has held various positions in the Supervision Division, Economic Research Division, Head of Education and Marketing Division and Regional Development Division of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Furthermore, he was appointed as Director of PT Indonesia Capital Market Electronic Library (ICaMEL) in 2011-2013, and then rejoined PT Bursa Efek Indonesia in 2014-2018. Djoko also served as Chairman of the Indonesian Capital Market Education Association (P3MI) in 2014-2015. His career continued by serving as Director of PT Pefindo Credit Bureau in 2018-June 2020. Djoko was then appointed as Director of PHEI in 2020 until now.
